“Great place to stay”

“The Day Shift Desk person was not very accommodating with changing rooms due to having a plugged up toilet. He said he would send up a plunger for us to unclog the toilet. We left for four hours and after returning the toilet was still plugged up. I went to the front desk and the guy said he would give me a plunger. He said we must have plugged it up and we needed to unplug it. I told him if the plunger wasn’t attached to a maintenance man don’t bother sending up a plunger. I told him it was not……

“The room was very clean, linens were white and clean, but pillows were horrible and lumpy. Pictures were definitely from when the hotel was first built and it's much more run down now. However, you get what you pay for so at this price range, it was adequate, clean and safe. Lady at check in was not very helpful to me or the guests checking in before me but the lady in the morning was delightful. Breakfast was good. Vending machine were empty, you have to buy from the front desk. Lots of……

“Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again.”

“Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day.”

“The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. ”

“We love to stay here anytime we come to Greenville. The staff are all very friendly and make sure that your stay is excellent. The hot tub is ôur favorite and the kick back is top notch”

“Terrible Customer Service with the staff!!!!! Check out was a nightmare!! We waited for over an hour and a half for the manager to fix some adjustments but he never came out. The manager's name is Drake and the front desk rep that was NOT helpful at all, her name is Sheryl (could be spelled Cheryl). They also charge a $5.50 parking fee but it's a regular parking lot, not a parking garage or in a metropolitan/downtown area. The rooms smelled musty, damp, and it was rather warm, no matter how low……
