“Where do I even start? Upon booking the stay, one of our parties was limited mobility so we requested a first floor room to help accommodate them easier. My wife called prior to check in to confirm first floor availability and was assured that our needs would be taken care of. When we arrived, both rooms booked were on the third floor. We called and spoke to a manager and eventually were given a room in a unit with an elevator that could be taken. While trying to move to the new room, the……

“Upon arrival we are informed that the inside pool is closed even though it said nothing in the description about it being closed also the front desk charged my card when a charge was not supposed to be on that card because I paid cash. And the staff lied straight to my face about this being the only Quality Inn location in Branson when there is one right down the road that is a lot nicer than this one.”
