「Its a well maintained older house. cute, neighborhood is OK. it was clean and well stocked.The second bathroom shower was in a tub, which doesn't work for old knees very well. there was another walk in so that worked.」

「I rented this property for my son and his friend. They had an excellent stay. Amazingly quiet and comfortable considering how close it is to businesses. Very convenient access to downtown. I don't think you could find a better location for visiting Eugene.」

「Our stay was great! The unit is beautiful and cozy! The neighborhood was pretty, and the houses were beautiful! The owner was helpful when I had a few questions and has thought of everything someone might need. You will hear the family upstairs but only when you are up and getting ready. They were quiet during the night and mornings. Convenient location in a really cute area and the unit had so much space!!! We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend.」

「A few feet from a beautiful park...love the bridge. Short walk to mall. Beautiful yard..super comfy. All it needs is a washer/dryer option for a longer stay. Great hosts too!」

「Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too.」

「We had a great experience in the small, but cozy airstream. It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed provided for us. The location was quiet with a beautiful view. Any questions that we had were answered very quickly. The price was great as we knew we would not be spending much time at any location so we did not want to spend a lot on lodging. Highly recommended if you can handle tight spaces. 」
