“We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again.”

“ This is an adorable beach cottage, very clean, with a private beach on the other side of the street, directly infront of the house. Vincente was very prompt to reply to any questions, and the outside shower was fantastic! Bring your bikes!! Really a great host, thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. “This cottage is well cared for and a nice base for my activities kayaking and biking in the area. It's convenient for dog walking out the door or closeby to other dog walking properties. It's a dog firendly neighborhood. Carly and Matthew are attentive and considerate hosts.”

Just one thing...the remote for the living room TV needed to be charged. No batteries...its solar and there is a charger in the living room for the TV. This should be added to the book, as I had never seen anything like this before and couldn't figure out how to work it. Attempted to email the property manager and they had no idea about the……

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
