“Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this house. It had everything we needed and our host Peter communicated well with us. The house was very clean and had plenty room for all four of us. It was a very cold spring weekend and the heat worked very fast and well in all the rooms. We loved cooking and sitting in the sunlight living room. “This cottage might be small, but it is beautiful and perfect for a getaway with your partner. The deck is large and you will have the best sunset views!! The beach is right in front of you and Provincetown is a short drive away. The cottage was impeccably clean, fully stocked with linens and towels and everything you need in the kitchen! Owners were great to deal with as well! Highly recommend this place. We went for our honeymoon and, it was absolutely perfect.”

“We had a fabulous time at Cape Cod and this could not have been a more perfect rental for us. The house is so well furnished! Great kitchen supplies, lots of towels, selection of pillows and so comfortable. It was very clean. It was also nice to have a washer and drier with laundry detergent supplied! It’s located a block from the water and an easy walk to downtown in a quiet area. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll certainly want to stay here.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week on the pond! My husband & I were there with our young adult children and their friends. During the week we ranged from 4 - 6 occupants & there was plenty of room for all. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space and all had ceiling fans for those warm nights. Two of the bedrooms have sliders out to the backyard with a beautiful view of the pond! We were able to enjoy a few sunrises by literally rolling……
