"Perfect for what I needed."

"Elevator was down the entire stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk at check in was immature and needed better customer service skills. Manager was kind and apologetic about our experience. Overall not bad just needs some improvement. We travel a lot with our kids activities and we would not stay here again. "

"My only complaint would be the super thin walls/ceilings. I was on the 2nd floor and kids were running around on the 3rd floor for 2-3 hours that night. I stuck it out and didn't make a complaint to the front desk because I know they were kids BUT I feel the front desk should do better when assigning rooms"

"The host was accommodating and the house had the necessary amenities for our family of five. The neighborhood is safe. However, this location is directly in the flight path from RDU. The noise and vibrations from airplanes taking off overhead all night is torture. It feels like the house is made of cardboard when the airplanes fly over (repeatedly, all day and night). You are better off in an inexpensive, insulated airport hotel if you want to be able to sleep. This cannot be overstated or overlooked unfortunately. The carpet also smells like it needs to be replaced. "
