Heart of Falmouth

This typical Cape Cod house is in a very convenient location of Falmouth. Central to the beach, downtown, and grocery stores. You can walk to pretty much everything. While the house is older it is in good shape and worked great for our family over the 4th holiday weekend.

We booked this because of a family wedding in the area. I feel like overall the house was ok-outdated and a little rundown. 4 bedrooms-1 was in the basement with 2 tiny beds. The amount of towels supplied for a house that lists as suited for 10 people was minimal. The back deck is very uneven. The outdoor shower was NOT usable at all. There was a giant pile of leaves in the shower and the nozzle was broken on the ground. Location was perfect with plenty of room. I was credited without hassle for the outdoor shower so that was fair.

Needs a little TLC

House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!
