Pool was closed with nothing anywhere online saying it was closed. Hotel is a safety hazard the staffed pulled the ground off the mini fridge and just an undersized extension cord so we could plug it in. No plug for the microwave. Weird motion controlled light for the main room that worked part of the time and the light would flicker on and off.

Pool wasnt open had boxes piled in the area,the public reatroom was closed,my room was supposed to be on 1st floor i got put on the 2nd floor all the way on the end of the hallway im handicapped and the bathroom did have bars in the shower,the bed was so high i couldnt fet in it i had to crawl on the end of it and then try to scoot onto the bed to sleep which is very difficult since i have a bad leg

There were termites in the room. We arrived at 6 pm to checking and our room was still being cleaned. Took an additional 30 mins to wait to finish checking in. Once we got to the room, it was clearly not cleaned well. Waste still in the toilet and multiple surfaces still sticky/dirty. The cable on the tv did not work at all and wifi was slow. Terrible experience.

The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different.

During a stressful trip the staff went above and beyond to nake every accommodation possible. While they are under renovation it was a nice spacious room and location. Will look to stay again just to thank the staff at the front desk.

The hotel is being remodeled, but it did not interfere with my stay. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my nights sleep was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was beter than expected at a hotel. I was unsure when I saw that there was some renovation going on when I stopped, but I am glad I did. I had a very nice stay and would gladly stop in again. Also, very reasonable price!

The room I had was very small, the bed did seem newer, but it was very rockhard and so were the pillows. You had them young children at nine-year-old and a 14-year-old working like they weren’t just helping out they were working.
