“Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. “This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. It must be watered down, it does very little indeed! The flat is near to all restaurants and a Whetherspoons. Lots of coffee bars. The……

“Fantastic Family Stay! We had an amazing stay as a family with two teenage girls. There was plenty to do and see in the local area, and the hotel itself was excellent - very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference. The pool was a highlight for us - we used it three times during our stay and loved it! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.”

“An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me.”
