"Worst hotel i have ever stayed at "

"We arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasn’t ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. The manager said it should be ready in 20 minutes, The time is now 3:25PM. I asked the manager again, was the room ready, she told me, “that the room needed to be inspected. I said did anything happen in the room ? She said,No! after the rooms are clean there policy the rooms need to be inspected. Finally, the room was ready at 3:46. We entered the room checked things and notice the TV wouldn’t turn on so we called the front desk and they sent a tech to check. He noticed, it needed to be reprogrammed that took in additional,45 minutes. Then, I went into the bathroom and noticed there wasn’t a new Kleenex box, nor tissue roll and an empty bodywash container. So I called the front desk again and they sent them up to our room. So was the room attended and inspected. Our last day, we got on the elevator to go to breakfast, smelled the bacon on the way and was looking forward to eating some. However, it looked different, was shredded, looked dry and tasted like paper. Overall, I enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi, gym, the staff was polite, the stay was nice, and was a very clean hotel, "

"It was a pleasure to stay there. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and convenient to other great places to shop, etc."

"Very quaint in my opinion, almost a bed and breakfast feel. Room was very clean, had a workable desk for my laptop. The Steak & Ale restaurant was very good, I sat at the bar and got a really good burger. It was very busy there when I got there on Friday, seemed like a lot of people at the bar where regulars but they were talkative and friendly. The only "complaint" I would give is that there is an event room or bar to the left of the check-in desk. It was pretty loud with music, however; it seemed to stop at 10 or 11, so if you go to bed you may need earplugs. I honestly didn't have any issue with it and it didn't bother me when I watched TV. I would go back"

"Was told I was getting a king. Room had two queens. Cable TV kept shutting down and I had to reset it to work. Property is a bit dated "

"The stay was, as expected - the hot tub was hot and worked well, the room was clean - The breakfast was standard cold items, with some instant oatmeal and a machine to make some pancakes. Overall not a bad experience and will stay in the future. "
