“Hotel needs upgrading. Very squeaky floors. No elevator for this hotel. Staff has been very helpful in carrying our luggages but my concern is their health safety that sooner or later they will have back problems. Hopefully management will do best not only for the customers but for their staff as well.”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,……
