“Great value for money, very clean and comfortable room. The garden was a lovely extra and the staff very helpful and friendly. Extra towels in the bathroom which I love because I had one for my hair as well. Very close to the High Street of Earls Court and only a few minutes walk from the tube station. We would stay here again. The only thing I didn't love was the shower. It was very small. ”

“The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. ”

“1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃”

“離Paddington火車站走路8分鐘左右很方便對面有個中餐廳附近也有超市員工非常熱情人都很好還可以寄放行李洗澡熱水很熱房間沒有冷氣但九月的倫敦也不太需要下次回來還會再住～”

“We had a lovely stay! I was honestly surprised to see how well-appointed and comfortable the room was, given what we paid for it! Very recently refurbished - or looks like it. Stunning shower and bathroom, lovely linen and friendly, welcoming staff. We will definitely be back when we're next in London - this is a fantastic find!”

“The room is very clean and the toilets and bathrooms are also very clean, I was very satisfied.”

“The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. ”

“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……
