“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“This is a beautiful, well equipped hotel that lets itself down due to corporate greed, amateur level service and lack of attention to detail. The hotel itself, the ground, the pools and the setting behind Falésia Beach are stunning. The place was immaculate, the heated pools were glorious, the rooms were large and comfortable and we slept well. However, after paying for our stay upfront (nearly €1500 for a few days) we were basically informed that our money was not good enough. The front desk……
