Semi-detached house "Isaurinda 1", built in 1980, renovated in 2004, surrounded by meadows and fields. In the hamlet Bela Salema 4.8 km from the centre of Estói, 5.3 km from the centre of Santa Bárbara de Nexe, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: table tennis, billiard table. 100 m long narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 750 m, supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Bela Salema" 800 m, railway station "Faro" 9 km, sandy beach "Ilha de Faro" 11.6 km, indoor swimming pool 9.3 km. The family that own the property were really helpful even though the was a little language barrier but easy to overcome. We had a great time and my kids loved the pool and garden area. Maybe an area or parasol near the swimming pool area would be nice so you can still sit by the pool but not be in the sun.
