“The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“nice hotel！affordable price ,not far away from the airport or college or downtown. Offered breakfast and they can help you call the cab.the nearest restaurant are five minute walk. Quite enviroment，barely have noise at night or day time. If you want to cook yourself， you can borrow pan and pot from counter. there coffee are really good”

“The location was good. The room was fairly quiet (I could hear a lot of walking above me at 2am...). It was clean and the staff was great. The TV wouldn't stay connected. I would watch about 30 seconds of the show and it would cut off...then power back on a few seconds later. I finally just turned it off and put a movie on my tablet. The door security latch was broken...like completely gone. So I wedged a chair under the door for extra piece of mind. There appeared to be a maxi pad paper……
