Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

It was ok, customer service took way too long to respond. No linens or ready to use pots and pans. Wasn’t really clean when I entered and wasn’t ready at the time it was supposed to be. Air conditioner only cooled part of the room. Once settled there were no problems
