  • A 1bed, 1bath updated apartment with a cozy king size bed. The apartment is in a beautiful, historic, 1905 home. A full size kitchen stocked with the basics to get you going. A large courtyard with patio seating and BBQ grill. A bold bathroom with a giant shower. The living room is bright, open, comfy, and quiet while being less than 200 steps to Dickson Street and less than 500 steps to Downtown. Cable, with the Sports package is included so you can watch the Razorbacks in comfort. Off street parking on the premise is available. The location has a 93 walking score from walkscore.com. Walking distance to the U of A, Walton Arts Center, Town Square, Dickson Street, and so much more! An uber is not needed here!

We loved this apartment! It is very spacious and the location was perfect for walking just about anywhere. We hope to stay there again next time we are visiting.

Perfect location, perfect stay

Awesome stay! The apartment has everything you need and is an easy walk to Dickson Street and downtown Fayetteville. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is well-stocked with lots of extras.

Killer location. Close to everything on the Fayetteville Square as well as Dickson Street. Snacks, coffee, and bottled water were in place. This is a ground level apartment in a multi-unit lease property historic building.
