Nice and safety place for family vacation

Thank you for the home. Our family enjoy staying in North Carolina for couple days. Inside of the house has nice decoration and everything is accurate as described online. Host communication is great, quick response and friendly guide me to do stuff that I need. Lovely place! I would recommend this Vrbo to everyone.

Perfect for families

The property was everything I imagined it to be and then some. Beds were comfy the yard was nice and perfect for bringing a pet with you or letting your kids run around. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed the house/area.

I would absolutely recommend this company to schedule your next getaway! We stayed at the McFayden house in Fayetteville, NC, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood, very family friendly home, clean, comfortable and spacious! The check in was easy, the office checked with me during the week to be sure we were satisfied with our stay! We will be using the company again in the future! I give them 10 out of 5 stars! Tammy M

Great Alternative to an extended hotel stay!

This home was very comfortable for our family of six and it was a perfect place to gather in the evening with the friends and family that we were visiting. The large fenced in backyard was a huge bonus for us to very comfortably let the dog in and out while also being able to send the two younger children outside to play. We didn’t need to communicate with the host. It was a very efficient and independent check in and out process. We were supplied with everything we needed to live comfortably for four days/five nights. I would highly recommend this little home away from home!

Dog friendly home

I was happy with my stay at The Strickland Stopover. The ability to bring my dogs to a home with a fenced yard was wonderful. Welcome messages were rather long, and should look at making them more succinct, as a couple pieces of info I missed scrolling through. Kitchen was well stocked, coffee k-cups supplied, and some waters in the fridge. House was clean and the area was relatively quiet.

Our stay was enjoyable. The house is clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond to my communications. My dogs loved the fenced yard and the neighbors were very friendly.

Upon arrival there was huge hole in hallway wall. The neighborhood is rather loud especially at night. We also had to clean house before we left (dishes, trash, sweeping etc) or we were going to be charged $10 for each chore the housekeeper had to perform

Great Rental

This rental was wonderful. We were in the process of a PCS move and the ease of this rental was a huge burden off of us in midst of everything going on. The property was beautiful, very nice home and amenities, check in/out process so easy. Quiet neighborhood and great fenced in yard for our child and dogs to spend time in. The stay was ok.

While I understand it was hosted by a military cooperation some things were unnecessary. The toilet paper definitely felt like it was military grade, they only gave us 2 trash bags for the entire 4 day stay, 1 roll and a half of TP, and nothing extra could be provided for us. Contacting the host was hard so I kept getting emails with a bunch of characters. The distance was a little far but manageable.

Christmas vacations

It was all we were looking to have christmas with our kids. Because of covid we could not fly to ny to see our new grand child, so we could meet in nc To spend a few days with them. The house was great. Would rent it again and recomend it to others.
