You'll love the location & convenience of this renovated one bdrm apartment in downtown Raleigh. This historic home was divided into 5 unique apartments, each exuding loads of charm & character.
Apartment 2 is located on the 2nd floor. Walk into the charm of original hardwoods, tall ceilings & all new furnishings. The cozy kitchen has all the amenities you'll need for a short stay, but why cook when great restaurants are only a short walk away? Features a king bed, remodeled bath & walk in closet too!
Nestled in the historic district on Glenwood Ave in between Glenwood South and Five Point. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Massive 22 acrespark is behind home.
Walk, uber or grab a scooter! This is a great location for those who like to walk to spots. Parking is located behind the home or on street for free.

Perfect Stay

I travelled to Raleigh to bring my daughter to a friend’s for the weekend and decided to make a short stay of it. The apartment was perfect for me- super clean and charming in the perfect location. It is a close walk to tons of restaurants, shops and bars; but on the quiet, residential end of the street. Communication was great and the property was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
