We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,……

“My wife and I spent 9 nights at the guest house in the honeymoon suite and would highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable and private. The staff were excellent and very attentive. We were treated very well by Venoth on our arrival, which was late afternoon on a public holiday. As it was our 50th wedding anniversary he surprised us with a bottle of bubbly. Such a nice surprise! Should we need to return to Alberton again from Australia, we will definitely stay there again. Great……
