Located in a privileged setting, Cas Munji is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking comfort, privacy, and proximity to Mallorca’s finest beaches. Just 2 minutes from the supermarket in S’Horta and 5 minutes from Cala d’Or, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Cala Gran, this villa allows you to enjoy tranquility without giving up the convenience of having everything within reach.

The house features 5 spacious and bright bedrooms. Two of them are doubles, with 180cm x 200cm beds, while the other three have single beds measuring 90cm x 190cm, perfect for friends or children. There are 4 full bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other three with showers, one of which is en suite—plus an additional outdoor bathroom in the pool area, ensuring extra convenience during sunny days.

On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room equipped with satellite TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the island. Next to it, the dining room is set up for ten guests, while the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, includes a central table. On this same level, there is a double bedroom and another with two single beds, both overlooking the garden, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs, you'll discover two additional bedrooms with single beds, one of them with garden views, and a spacious en-suite double bedroom with the same view. This floor also features two bathrooms with showers and a second living room equipped with satellite TV and a PlayStation 3, designed for family entertainment or fun with friends.

The exterior of Finca Cas Mungi is a true paradise. Its lush garden, surrounded by bougainvillea, palm trees, and vibrant flowers, creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Ein ausgezeichnetes Objekt, dass durch besseren Austausch mit dem Vermieter noch besser werden würde

Wir waren beeindruckt vom Objekt und haben den Urlaub genossen. Voranfragen an FeWo waren weder über E-Mail noch telefonisch vor Buchung möglich. So konnten leider Fragen im Vorfeld ( Stärke de Internets, Steuerung der Klimaanlage, Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer usw. ) nicht geklärt bzw. adressiert werden und führten zu Enttäuschungen vor Ort, die man hätte vermeiden können. In Zeiten von Videokonferenzen und Reisen mit kleinen Kindern können solche Punkte über Zufriedenheit mitentscheidend sein.
