「Nice staff and good experience for family. 」

「The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. 」

「We really enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. It provided excellent value for money. Parking was easy & free. The dinner menu offered various options. We found the staff to be polite, courteous, friendly & helpful. The spa was lovely to relax in for a couple of hours. We upgraded our room to a premium room. It was recently refurbished, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. The shower was excellent, no bath. We will definitely stay again.」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Had a fabulous weekend here with family We ate in the restaurant the food was amazing as was the service. Everywhere was spotless and the beds are so comfortable. The only downside was there was no main light in the room just lamps which made getting ready in the evening a bit of a pain 」
