“I thought the site was really in a nice area..lodge was well equipped. The staff were all so friendly and helpful especially Alex who had to sort our booking out as expedia had not entered the booking. Alex handled this with true professionalism and found us a booking. He really puts Woodlakes Park on the map. ”

“Property was absolutely lovely! Very clean, had really comfy bedding. Huge balcony overlooking the golf course. Really fast wifi too. We went into Cambridge as well as Ely, didn’t take long at all, really good links. Only downside was we went to the spikes bar for food 3 times and each time they didn’t do food or know anything about the menu that was online. I think we must have just got unlucky, would suggest to go before 5pm as we tried 5.30, 6.30 & 7.30 and was turned away. There was nobody……

“Initially there was a mix up with the booking but Josh went out of his way to help us source alternative accommodation. Communication was above and beyond and once everything was sorted he sent over a useful list of “things to do”. We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for having us ”

“The limescale is pretty high in this region I understand. But I was with my 3 month old and needed to use kettle to make the formula… but it was laden with thick limescale which wasn’t cleaned in forever looked like… I had to use a descaler myself to use it for my baby… otherwise a great stay!!!”
