Beautiful historical home

We enjoyed being able to sit together as a big group in the tv room, plenty of furniture. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit as well

Great stay!

The house was amazing and had amenities for our large family with a variety of ages. You can easily spend your entire vacation right at the house with no need to travel further! The pool, hot tub, and firepit were our favorite ways to spend our time there. The house had everything we needed, and the host was easy to communicate with. We are already looking forward to planning our next trip!

Perfect Getaway

This house was beyond amazing! Perfect for big groups like ours and everyone had a blast. The pool and arcade games were a big hit, as well as the close location to Fenn Valley winery. We were able to walk to the winery and had only a short drive into Saugatuck. I hope to visit again!

Girls Wine Weekend Success

We had a great time in Fenneville at this location! The driveway is long and held many cars and not being right on top of the road was a nice “escape”. There are a ton of bedrooms, lots of kitchen counter and fridge space, and a smart tv in the living room. After a couple glasses of wine the stairs up to the second floor felt steep but there’s a handrail! Communication was quick and so helpful, I would stay here again- it’s proximity to multiple tasting rooms was ideal.

Thanksgiving gathering

Moms’ Weekend

Ten of us mom friends stayed and spent some time together and away from our responsibilities. It was a great weekend to rest, relax, and recharge. The house had everything we needed to enjoy each other, our time, and the location. Blu Coast Properties made the process from reservation through check out easy and understandable!

Charming home on a beautiful property

We loved our stay! It was the perfect spot for a multi-family trip. The kids loved the pool, we all enjoyed the fire pit and volleyball net. There were multiple places to sit out doors and enjoy the peaceful serenity of the wooded lot. Interior decor is so cute and fun, this house was rehabbed with great attention to detail. We loved visiting the area orchards, vineyards and our favorite spot, Virtue Cider. Highly recommend this home for a multi family getaway.

Family Wedding

Very nice VRBO for our family / family memebers to use. We had a family memeber getting married in Saugatuck. This property was great for our family to be together and relax for a few days prior to the weekend wedding. Thank you BluCoast for allow us to use this VRBO. Great Escape

We visited with friends and our kiddos (ages 5-10) for our annual hiking trip. The location was a good distance to travel to tulip time in Holland and hiking in Saugatuck. We loved the peaceful property and outdoor space to play.Our group had a cookout on the grill and outdoor eating space. The only downfall was a lack of pantry items like pepper and salt. The hot tub was great on cool spring nights and we enjoyed having smores in the firepit. The kids played hide and seek and baseball in the yard while the adults relaxed. The kids also LOVED the arcade games. We appreciated how spaced out the bedrooms were and the large indoor spaces for eating and relaxing. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

Rural Fennville Old Farmhouse—Great Location

We came for the Tulip Festival in Holland. The location was perfect. Fennville, Saugatuck, and Holland are all within driving distance. Several wineries are located near this home. Dining options and activities are abundant. While the home is lovely it is truly an older farmhouse so be ready for narrow stairs and uneven floors. It’s also in a rural location so be prepared for bugs and critters outdoors—especially in the evening. A great place to stay overall and an enjoyable vacation.

Family Holiday Weekend

Our best family holiday weekend to date. For context, we treat our kids and grandkids to a Thanksgiving/Christmas weekend early in December each year so their actual holiday schedules are less hectic. This year's theme was Hallmark Channel Christmas. This amazing, 1890 farmhouse was absolutely perfect. Everything was as described. Tons of kitchenware to prepare and eat our Thanksgiving dinner. Huge yard to host our Christmas Olympics events. Perfectly furnished living areas to host Christmas morning and family game night. Tons of bedding and towels for a large group. Crazy Michigan weather even gave us a warm evening to sit around the campfire in the big, paved fire pit area. It was only 17 miles from Holland where we attended the Christmas market and light show. Only 2 negatives that any of us mentioned were the remnants of an outdoor party that hadn't been cleaned up in the backyard and a baby gate for the stairs would have been super helpful. The house has 1890s steep stairs going to the 2nd floor. We had to move a chair in front of the stairs to keep our very fast, toddler grandson from pretending he was climbing Mt. Everest every 2 minutes. Great property, great location, great weekend.

The house was perfect for my bachelorette party! There was plenty of room for the group. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the host was very easy to get in contact with. The only downside was that we’d thought the pool would be open but it was closed for the season. We still took advantage of the backyard and fire pit and it was great!

Fenn Hill Estate was the perfect place for our family of 14 (3 generations - ages 8-71) to spend the week. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and evenings around the fire pit. The large yard was perfect for outdoor activities. Plenty of room inside with a great kitchen and large dining room table. Also, a lot to do in the area; Oval Beach, farmer’s markets, wineries and brew pubs. Great vacation!

Perfect family vacation

There were enough beds and bathrooms for my group to be comfortable. We used every amenity and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and game net kept us busy. On our rainy day there were plenty of games to entertain us. We were very happy with this home and area and would love to come back next year.

We had a great time, I did have a hard time getting ahold of the owners which was the only downside but we did get a later check out due to miscommunication. This is a great place to go to when you want to get away from everything and hangout with family and friends!

house needs work to make comfortable

house was cold, inaccurate heating in rooms. oven when in use sets off smoke detectors due to fan. not working , odor in the home from possible mold in the basement , one of the games was not working properly , the house was on a lock box not key pad as described , showers very small we all had to use one bathroom.

Great Christmas stay

Besides braving the storm it was a wonderful stay for us. It was definitely a white Christmas. We weren’t able to explore much because of the blizzard but we will be back in the summer.
