「The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. WiFi is strong. When comparing to the price, it is competitive. We will surely recommend it to our friends.」

「Clean room that was well designed, quiet and in a good central location. I would certainly stay here again. Only thing to note is that this hotel operates a code system for entry/check in, so there's no front desk. This was straightforward, although the signage to the front door could have been better - we had to ask the pub staff who were friendly enough to help. 」

「We had a nice couple of nights in this charming pub/hotel. Our room was on the top floor so quite a few stairs, but that wasn’t really an inside for us. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The food served in the pub was delicious, we would definitely return in the future. 」
