「Great location」

「Lovely little gem of a guest house with freshly cooked to order breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble」

「The staff, the location, and the pub below the hotel were phenomenal.」

「Simply put, this hotel is excellent. Clean, cozy, fresh, friendly, LOVE the blackout curtains- could've slept for days, loads of sockets, great location for the market and transport. I've paid three times the price to stay at other hotels in London, and none of them felt as welcoming, or personal or well maintained. Thanks for a lovely couple of days!」

「Lovely bedroom with enough space for our suitcases and lots of hot drinks available to warm up us . There was only one sharing bathroom with one toilets only inside which was an issue because there are about seven bedrooms. I wish that there was another toilets for emergency needs:). The owner may consider to add it or allow to use his own toilets.」

Then the property manager came over. After talking with me, she allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room so I could take the children out for food. She was really kind. When I returned after 3 p.m., I collected the keys and got into the...

「The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. WiFi is strong. When comparing to the price, it is competitive. We will surely recommend it to our friends.」
