Home is EAST of Coastal Highway in Fenwick Island and the address is EAST South Carolina Ave. not WEST. 1 OFF the ocean front with access to the beach on Atlantic Street or South Carolina Street. 4 Parking Spaces.

☀︎MAY 23th-May 30th alvail able and it a Saturday to Saturday rental. ☀︎ Also May 30th - June 6th is available and it is also a Satuday to Saturday Rental. ☀︎ September 2026 is also Available. Text me for the dates that you are looking to come if are booking September.

Escape to this enchanting cottage in picturesque Fenwick Island. This cozy apartment is literally 50 yards to where you would stake your claim on the ocean for the day. Home features 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room, one bathroom and a refreshing outside shower. Also has a prefect size full kitchen and family room. There is a large 3 season room for the kids to watch TV and to dine. Home has 3 window units to keep you cool should you opt out of the ocean breeze at night. Relax and unwind in this awesome space, perfect for a peaceful getaway. This home is right up the street from Nantucket's and Atlantic Shoals Surf Shop. It is a 1/2 a mile from Ocean City, Maryland and 4 miles to Bethany Beach, DE. Pet has to be approved by the owner and the owner lives upstairs.

We had an excellent stay in the cottage. Wayne was a phenomenal host and always available to answer questions. The location cannot be beat--it's literally adjacent to a beach access point and sits on the quiet and pedestrian-friendly Bunting Avenue. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc. 10/10, highly recommend.
