“Soggiorno eccellente a Porto Sant'Elpidio!Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per una settimana e l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata a nuovo e si nota subito l'ottima cura nei dettagli. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'ambiente incredibilmente pulito e profumato.Il punto di forza assoluto è stato l'isolamento termico: nonostante fuori ci fossero temperature estive superiori ai 30 gradi, la casa è rimasta sempre piacevolmente……

“The property was clean and is located right across from the beach. However, it should be noted that there is NO wifi at this property and that the air conditioning is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms, not in the bedrooms, leaving it quite hot during summer months for sleeping.”

We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free……
