  • Summary:

    Spacious three-level penthouse with valley views, a private balcony, and room for families or groups. Spend your days hiking nearby trails, biking through Fernie, exploring downtown shops and restaurants, or enjoying mountain adventures just minutes away. The open living area, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and large dining table make gathering easy, while the loft adds extra flexibility. Complete with in-suite laundry, gym access, and underground parking for a seamless stay.



    The Space:

    *Please note that the pool, sauna and hot tub are closed for revovations and will be closed until further notice.



    Master Bedroom:

    A spacious retreat featuring a king bed, Smart TV, and a large ensuite with a jetted tub and separate shower.

    Second Bedroom:

    A comfortable room with a queen bed and a generous closet for longer stays.

    Second Bathroom:

    A full 3‑piece bathroom with a tub/shower combo for added convenience.

    Living Room:

    The living area includes a queen pull‑out sofa bed with a mattress topper for extra comfort. You’ll also find a Smart TV and a sound system for cozy evenings in.

    Upstairs Loft:

    A bright, versatile space perfect for families or groups. The loft includes a queen bed, a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top), and a queen air mattress. It also has its own Smart TV, making it an ideal hangout zone for kids.



    Ideal for families and groups seeking a comfortable home base near Fernie Alpine Resort, this penthouse combines generous living space, a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and easy access to year-round mountain adventures.



    Our Commitment to Sustainability

    At Elevated Rentals Fernie, sustainability matters. We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—filled with locally made Soco Soaps products. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious. Your stay supports a greener, more responsible approach to hospitality, something we’re truly proud to share with our guests.



    Please Note:

    The hot tub is currently closed starting May 9, 2025, and will remain unavailable until the pool envelope replacement project is completed.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full private access to the condo. The pool, spa, sauna and gym are shared with owners and other guest of the Silver Rock property.

    The Neighborhood:

    The Silver Rock Condos is located in one of Fernie’s most convenient in‑town spots — perfectly positioned between the historic downtown and the world‑class terrain of Fernie Alpine Resort. Guests enjoy the ease of being close to everything while still tucked into a quiet, scenic residential area.

    • Set in a peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful mountain views

    • A short walk or quick drive to Fernie’s shops, trails, and restaurants

    • Downtown Fernie: ~3 minutes by car or a 15–20 minute walk

    • Grocery stores & essentials: 3–5 minutes away, by car.

    • Local trails (e.g., Fairy Creek Falls): very close by.

    Silver Rock offers the best of both worlds:

    • Close enough to town for easy access to dining, coffee, and shopping

    • Far enough from the main strip to feel calm and residential

    • Surrounded by mountain scenery, with quick access to outdoor activities year‑round

    Getting Around:

    Biking or walking are a great way to get around town. Fernie also has a cab service available. Tunnel49 operates 24/7

    Other Things to Note:

    If you’d like the sofa bed prepared before you arrive, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.



    Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to our online property waiver. This quick form helps us verify your reservation and includes uploading a photo of your driver’s license or passport. We’re only able to release check‑in details once the waiver is completed.

    Guests are encouraged to contact Maureen, the owner of Elevated Rentals Fernie, at any time throughout their stay. Maureen can be reached through the designated app for seamless communication and prompt assistance.

Spacious group accommodation with perfect access to ski resorts

We were very disappointed in our stay. We booked the unit only to arrive and find out the pool is under construction. Perhaps the listing needs to be changed so the title does not advertise something that is not available. The air conditioned in the unit was extremely loud and ran non stop. Definitely not worth the price
