「Condo was fine, but not as advertised. While ski hill views were promised, a highway one was received. Check-in process was not clear, no email was received prior to arriving. A follow up note had to be sent to gain access. Accessing the wifi was a similar experience. Overall we enjoyed are trip, but the lack of up front communication and the not as advertised view took away from the experience. 」

They use Superhog, a European company for guest verification and taking the security deposit. Superhog charged me $7.50 for this and it was not stated beforehand that this would happen.
