「The check in was easy, but the garage opener didn’t work. I messaged the host and they gave us a workaround then, when I said we could buy a battery if they reimbursed us, we’re kind enough to have one delivered and it worked great.We did find a dirty sock in a drawer and some wet towels in the washing machine so their cleaners could be more thorough.
