Some road noise and smells likely due to the older windows but nothing that disrupted my stay. I would certainly stay here again. 「Great location, great host! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed being at the ranch, seeing the animals, and enjoying the peace and quiet! But we had business in Dallas and McKinney so the location was very convenient. And of course, when I needed to pick up something from the market, it was just two exits down.LOVED the spot and all of the amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area.」

「We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in Tyler. 8 adults and one toddler. We wanted a home so we could spend more time together between events, and because it was more economical than a hotel. This was perfect for that. Beautiful rooms and we had everything we needed from dishes to laundry detergent to towels to TV. The host was easy to communicate with. The home is in a neighborhood surrounded by other homes with a small empty lot next door. There is a limited view of the lake...
