“The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). Communication with them is extremely poor because it is largely through an AI assistant - and when you……

“The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and public transport into Leeds / harrogate if needed. The furnishing in the apartment is a little sparse, working hours would have benefited from a dining table. But if you’re planning to be out and about all day this is a great place to stay. ”

Some of the automatic, sensor lights seemed to take a bit of working out with some switches not in an obvious place.Tip: Take or buy a rubber mat for the shower rooms, especially if mobility is an issue.Very quiet and dark at night.”
