「2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. 」

「The Fes medina is a sensory buffet of smells, beautiful craftwork, people and sounds. This homestay (Expedia should not really classify it as a hotel) was an authentic medina experience and made us feel like residents of the old town during our 3-night stay. The staff, which consisted of four teen boys, was very hospitable, walking us through the winding maze of alleys when we needed guiding. 「The Riad was clean, warm and welcoming. In the old madina District via small alleys.
The staff were courteous,respectful and could not do enough for you.
Reduane was extremely accommodating. Even walked us to a nearby restaurant we struggled to find on google maps (you have to knock a closed unsigned door to gain aceess) .
Nothing was a chore and he was an absolute gentleman throughout our stay5 🌟 treatment.
Thank you once again for being amazing.」
