Avoid this place at all costs!

We stayed here 2 years ago and the experience was great so we decided to stay again here and was the worst experience we’ve ever had! We checked in to the room the air conditioner wasn’t working so we told them they said they would have it fixed we got back to the 3 hours later and it was 85 degrees and the one air conditioner that was working was leaking water all over my sons bed so he had no where to sleep I went to tell them that we were going to need a new room so they reluctantly gave us one and in this new room the air conditioner didn’t work and was under construction so we called hotels.com and they said they would relocate us the people at the hotel got hostile when they seen that we were going to leave and tried to fight us way out of line I would not stay here over priced and the rooms are junk!! I assume they changed ownership because it was totally different this time. There is not a laundry facility as stated, the kids pool os empty and inoperable, there was no manager on site at any time, it was just one big headache!

Bad staff, great resort

The guy at the front desk during the day is completely incompetent and about as useless as they come. However, the rooms are nice, the resort overall is nice but they ABSOLUTELY need new staff.

Saat 14:00'da hazır olması gereken odaya saat 19:30'da girebildik. Oda çok küçük, fotoğraflara kanmayın derim, duşakabine biraz kilolu bir insan zor sığar. Duş başlığını takmak için aparat yok. Kahvaltısı idare ederdi. KAblosuz internet odadan çekmiyordu.

2019 ramazan bayramında bu oteldeydik.Ilk gün yaşadığımız rezervasyon karışıklığından sonraki 4 gün gayet güzel ve rahat geçti.Personel genelde çok ilgiydi.Özellikle Hacer kızımız ve Batuhan oğlumuz daima bizlerle ilgilendiler.Bütün personele teşekkürü borç biliyoruz.Yemek kalitesi vasat olmasına rağmen güzeldi.Otelin temizliğide gayet iyi idi.Otel konum olarak da hava kalitesi olarak güzel bir yerde.Tek eksik otopark.Yinede herşey güzeldi.Başka tatillerde görüşmek üzere....

Good Hotel

Yes it was very good and the Turkish people are so nice helpfull and friendly the Turkish food was brilliant although could do with a microwave oven to heat it up a bit the only thing is communication I've emailed them five times and they've never got back to me it was about an Apple ipod that we left in a sports bag that was left outside the room to be dumped but overall we had a great stay

Not a hotel for British tourists

Not what is advertised. All inclusive is half board NO ALCOHOL IS SERVED no bars. The description of the hotel is from a few years ago. This is now not a hotel I would return to and have previously stayed on 2 occasions. No one speaks English and the staff are not friendly. We were the only British people. If you try to contact the hotel they hang up on you. I could go into everything but just be warned what you see is not what you get. Bad experience.

Resepsiyonda başlayan güler yüz Ramazan bey

Özellikle resepsiyonda ki Ramazan beyin ilgisi alakasi vede güler yüzlü yardimlari için bile tercih edilebilir; otel temiz güvenli yemekleri güzel , çocuklu aileler için akşamlari ekstradan animasyonları bile var.

Ungenügende Unterbringung in Fethiye

Personal unfreundlich und wenig vorbereitet: In unserer Buchung stand, dass wir mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnehmen sollten, um den Check In zu organisieren, da keine Rezeption vorhanden sei. Nachdem wir am Telefon gefragt haben, ob wir mit dem Hotel verbunden sind, wurde aufgelegt. Also sind wir einfach so zum Hotel. Eine Rezeption war vorhanden. Dort ließ man uns jedoch ca. 15 Minuten einfach stehen, während man sich untereinander auf Türkisch über unsere Ankunft unterhielt. Parken war nur in einer wenig schönen Hinterstraße möglich, da das Hotel gar keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung stellt. Die Zimmer waren klein (in der Dusche konnte man sich nicht einmal umdrehen) und dreckig. Als Bettdecke dienten Badetücher. Der Außenbereich des Hotels mit einem Swimming Pool war ebenfalls wenig einladend. Das Frühstück glich einer reinen Massenabfertigung. Die Marmelade war beispielsweise wie in einem Discounter im Karton gestapelt.

Mycket barn i hotellet. För lite städ personal, vilket gjorde att vi fick städning en gång av fem nätter. Wifi funkade inte i rummet, och Elen fick man kämpa med för att få i gång. Inte det bästa alternativet.
