The rooms don’t have electric water heater for hot drinks. Also doesn’t have a mini fridge which was interesting but other than all. Price-Performance wise, it is the best place to stay at Oludeniz Beach Area.

When I booked this hotel, it was showing up as pet friendly. When I arrived they claimed the opposite... After 5 minutes they accepted another couple's cat with no problem. I was shouted at by an old lady because of the dog! I was not welcomed properly. They even asked for a deposit for my dog (4 kg!!!!). The rooms are old, loud noises are everywhere, the towels provided were stained, the cleaning is not done properly (my sheets were only changed after 8 nights!), the shower was broken and there was no internet. I thought it was mandatory for a 3 stars hotel to provide internet in the rooms. The breakfast is poor and suitable for english people only. What happened to the local Turkish breakfast? I will never come back. Food prices are so high that I recommend you to eat outside, close to the sea and you won't be paying more than you do in this hotel. Some of the people working there are extremely rude... They need to learn what hospitality means. Not cool attitude at all.

İki gece konakladık. İlk geldiğimizde odada buzdolabı yoktu. Söyleyince hemen bir buzdolabı getirdiler. Tesisin konumu güzel. Hem çarşıya hem plaja yakın. Otopark sorunu var. Tesisin kendi otoparkı yok. Sokakta yer bulursanız şanslısınız. Oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Odanın balkonu da buluyordu. Personel çok genç arkadaşlardan oluşuyordu fakat hepsi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

La reception nous a donné une chambre pour 2 personnes avec un lit double, on s'est installé. 30 minutes après on nous changé de chambre sans aucun motif. On se retrouve avec 2 lits collés. C''est une arnaque. La chambre n'était pas nettoyée. Toilette avec douche 1,5 M2 .

A first visit but not the last Home from home

After reading some negative reviews before arriving I was dubious as to if we had chosen the right hotel. However from my own experience I would definitely return. You get what you pay for materialisticly ... but in this case you get so much more in atmosphere , welcoming, hospitality. Family run business and they do an incredible job to keep everyone happy , having fun , fed and watered. Lively hotel , and SO many ppl we spoke to return here year after year and we can see exactly why. I would definitely recommend this hotel !! Thank you to Lilley and all her staff ✌

Hotel buono, ma...

L'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo. Tutto bene finché è durato il nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo, ore dopo aver lasciato l'albergo, abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio dalla titolare che ci accusava di aver rotto il tavolo della nostra stanza. Ovviamente noi non abbiamo rotto nulla e la cosa mi è sembrata un tentativo di estorcere del denaro. Dopo uno scambio di messaggi in cui abbiamo avvertito che avremmo informato la polizia dell'accaduto, ci è stato detto che la cosa finiva lì. Forse il tavolo è stato danneggiato da altri ospiti prima di noi e il personale non si era accorto durante le pulizie precedenti. Non sappiamo. Sappiamo solo che in tanti anni che viaggiamo non ci era mai successa una cosa dal genere. Quindi, il nostro suggerimento è quello di far controllare la stanza prima di effettuate il checkout per evitare sorprese.

Towels were changed every day about the only good thing I can say. Very tired hotel in need of total refurbishment. Really bad layout. Sunbeds right next to one another around the pool and you could never get one anyway as really early people had towels on beds and some were like that all day with nobody having been on them. Breakfast atrocious. Warm watermelon out first thing, scummy coffee. Went down first morning and never went back.
