“This is a great traditional hotel and the staff are marvelous. We had one issue with our room and were quickly switched to another, upgraded, room, and recieved numerous apologies for the inconvenience, which was minimal.
The formal restaurant is lovely and the breakfast buffet (which you may choose to prepay) is excellent. The mushrooms were our favorite.
My wife and I visited in the off season and appreciated the value.
This hotel is located right outside Valletta's walls, so it is handy……

“Impeccable service and got an unexpected upgrade to the most luxurious suite. Tasting menu at ION restaurant was amazing. Would definitely recommend - especially the package with the meal and spa treatment and we will be back. ”

“Bij de receptie meteen vriendelijk geholpen. De kamer zag er netjes en schoon uit, lekker ruim. En de badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke douche! De bedden sliepen goed. We waren lekker uitgerust.
Het ontbijt is superieur! Warm, koud, zoet of hartig. Het was er allemaal. Echt lekker de dag kunnen starten met zo'n ontbijt.
Net buiten de poort is de bushalte, waar de bus je naar bijv. Valetta of het vliegveld brengt. Ook meteen in de buurt van het hotel zijn een paar leuke……

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……
