雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out 了，也沒看到她處理啊！ 重點是房務在我們吃早餐時已經進去整理過，一樣沒有被套與枕頭套，而且我看了別間的內部，也都沒有，所以是這間飯店的基本! 直接讓我聯想到每個房客都用同樣沒枕套套的枕頭與被如不，這不是很髒嗎？ 突然覺得全身癢，吃完早餐馬上又洗澡，然後快速離開這間"飯店"了 他們真的該找有經驗的人來管理，因為很糟糕。 早餐也不好吃，覺得好吃的竟然是最普通的英式豆子，這種不會失敗的罐頭料理，就可想像了 所以我絕對不會再來，怎麼有臉說這個是飯店，沒睡過沒被單沒枕頭套的床。

Azur Hotel by ST Gzira ist ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel für eine Reise auf der Insel Malta. Positiv: Gute Lage direkt an der Promenade, Gutes Frühstück, Nettes Personal, Ruhiges, großes Zimmer, Safe ist kostenfrei, Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden, Wasserkocher im Zimmer vorhanden, Tägliche Reinigung, Balkon vorhanden, Schnelle Anbindung mit dem Bus nach Hauptstadt Valletta (Fährt 15 Minuten). Negativ: Kreditkarte als Absicherung benötigt, sichtbare Kalkablagerungen am Toilettenrand, Gelbe Verfärbungen an der Klobrille - muss langsam getauscht werden. Insgesamt werde ich das Hotel Azur by ST auf Malta mit 8 Punkte von 10 Bewerten und gerne an Reisende weiterempfehlen.

The only really polite person is Paula, she works in the 9th floor. Very indifferent personal otherwise. Not something wrong with that but not polite. In the bathroom the mirror was in really bad shape, room 9002. The wood around the mirror was rotten. You can order food in the room but you can’t take a croissant from the breakfast upp to your room. Who makes these rules from 1990?

The advertisement said there was an outdoor swimming pool. There was not - but there was a good (public pool serving several hotels) about 250 metres away - crossing 2 main roads and requiring us to change out of our wet bathing costumes before returning to the hotel. Our room was not prepared for us when we arrived and the double bed had to be splint into the 2 singles we had booked. Servicing of the room was poor on most days and on several occasions we had to sit out on the balcony, in the late afternoon, whilst the beds were made.

The room was in good condition. Staff were attentive, including the room cleaners. Just a few minor things in the room that didn’t impact on the holiday were the short flush push button of the toilet that was inoperative and the air conditioner was working, however the bottom flap was loose as someone broke one of the clips that held the flap in place. A photo was taken ten minutes after checking in. The push button for the overhead shower was also unusable as the fittings were loose. I had to use the small shower head instead which was fine. I didn’t notice at the time, that the swimming pool featured on the brochure was not of the hotel (ST Hotel Azur) complex itself but another building opposite the hotel (Aqualuna) along the waterfront. The gymnasium that was featured was anything but what the brochure had featured. My wife and I used the gym which again was in another hotel (ST Hotel Bayview) and not the hotel where I was staying. The equipment available was very disappointing, the electrical equipment like the treadmill as one of them had a inoperative start button that no one could utilise as it appeared to be gouged out, therefore the machine couldn’t be used, the other treadmill was working fine and is the only one you can use fully with no effects. The room itself was very small and looked like the room could do with a bit of DIY. The breakfast itself for me was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Typical continental breakfast with full English breakfast buffet.
