「Lovely room, very clean, delightful hosts, great breakfast-I would stay again!!!!」

「This Little inn above the pub was so charming. The room was fantastic, cozily decorated and had a big window. The weather was perfect, and we were able to have the window open. Caution with the window open, it can be a little noisy from the pub downstairs. But no worries on that. We enjoyed hearing folks having lots of fun! It's also conveniently located and easily walkable to the old town. And of course, gorgeous Beach.」

「Nice clean room and friendly welcome」

「We stayed in a quad room for £130 per night and were quite disappointed. The photos online made the room look modern and recently updated, but in reality it felt very dated, almost as if it hadn’t been refurbished in decades. The room was also not as clean as expected. One of the biggest issues was the lack of ventilation. The room became very hot, but opening the window-door wasn’t really an option as it allowed insects to come into the room. 「服務親切，房間乾淨。雖然住得單人房有點小，但一個人住夠大了。房間面對海岸，風景非常漂亮，而且住得很舒服！」

「stay here because it is very closed to the train and bus station of Hastings. the town itself doesnt have too much attractions but you can go Battle (Battle Abbey), Bodiam castle easily. Room and shared toliet is small but ok for a single backpacker」

「The room is neat and comfortable.」

「Comfortable room. Staff were very friendly. The road is quite busy so parking can be tricky at times. Always possible to park close by though.」

「Good location and reasonable rooms. Parking limited, although streets nearby. Slightly tired in places, however clean.」

「Tout était très bien. Le petit déjeuner à 8h30 débute par contre un peu tard, mais il était délicieux.」

「Excellently run b&b, spotless rooms and common parts, fantastic breakfast. Nothing but praise from us!」

「We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「早餐美味，房間尚算整潔，可惜偏细及沒有空調，我們房窗外也沒有景觀，沒有电梯，行李上房困難，泊車方便！有海灘景，職員冇禮！」

「worst and worst . Dirty , 黑店. 千萬不要入住. 以後再作補充. 此B&B Check out後固意把本來房間的損壞,要客戶賠償!」
