「Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes...

「We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well. 」
