「A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

「This space wasn’t fancy, but was clean, comfortable, and near a trailhead. I was working remotely and WiFi worked well. Also near campus where my daughter needed to be. Refrigerator allowed us to store basic breakfast and lunch food.」

「We had a wonderful stay with Caren and David at their lovely home in the Prospect neighborhood of Longmont. Caren and David were warm, gracious hosts who went above and beyond accomodating our e-bikes and sharing their private studio apartment, beautiful gardens and insights into a truly unique neighborhood. 「First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding.」

「Michael and Susan were the most amazing hosts. They truly thought of everything to provide ease and convenience for their guests. The stay was cozy but had enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with great communication and help along the way. The beds were spacious and comfortable and they were generous enough to provide toiletries for us all. They earn my highest recommendation for quiet a stay in the area. 」

「Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. 「This property suited our needs. We had 10 adults and 6 children. The home was well stocked with supplies along with additional "bonus items" that the owners graciously supplied. The listing said 8 bedrooms, but there were only 6. (Not a big deal for our group). Kids loved the backyard play area, and hot tub. Irene was always helpful and cared about our comfort. 「The house is exactly as pictured, plenty of space and lots of big bedrooms! We really enjoyed the home, we had 14 people for a BBQ Graduation celebration! My ONLY complaint is that the kitchen is SORELY under equipped. There were very few things needed to cook and serve 14 people, and the house sleeps that many so it’s expected the guests will cook. Otherwise the place is awesome!」
