"Very clean and comfortable hotel! The shower was amazing. I wish we had the option to move the 2 small beds together, and it would be nice to be provided shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise the stay was great. Having a nearby bus stop was very ideal as well since the walk up was extremely far and steep from the station."

"Melanie is a nice lady who is hospitality to every guest. I can feel her passion for her job. But the 4th floor is under construction. Overall, it’s good for solo traveler. Btw, I like the breakfast."

"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. The breakfast was great many options available breathtaking views the ball was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel although I was out for most of the morning and evening for well spent at the hotel."

"We love staying here, everything is so lovely and clean. The mountain view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. We visited the Umami restaurant located inside the hotel, and the food was terrific. The bus station is located in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. If you prefer, walking to restaurants and stores takes around 20 minutes. You will enjoy the view"
