“Definitely needs improvement, for being new the lobby was dirty, boxes right by the desk. Take your own towels, the ones provided are thin and small. The AC was very loud and the blinds let a lot of light in. Being the one of the only options for families traveling for the baseball fields near by they should take better care of the property”

“Room was very clean but a little dated. Breakfast was okay for a Continental. One of the staff was taken care of the breakfast, He was very helpful . I didn’t care much for the coffee. It was not brewed. It was liquid flavored coffee with hot water mix. I bought coffee elsewhere. There was no one at the front desk most of the time with the front doors locked. They were out working elsewhere in the hotel. If you rang for them , they come immediately, I guess they were short on staff. I would stay……

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“Bathtub was completely delaminated. Sheets had holes in them. Pool was green. Room was musty. Not appropriately described on Expedia. Beware of ratings.”
