“Our room faced the restaurant so that everyone from there could look into our room. The pool view was minimal, not that it would have been so special but when you write it in our booking... The water in the shower could not flow down the drain which flooded our whole bathroom. There is one option to hang your towel, sorry but that's not fun. Reception was great, wifi and breakfast were good. Location is good, very close to the ferry. ”

“The view from Belvedere is breathtaking, but the property is extremely far from the harbour and involves a long, tiring trek with countless stairs. The room, although described as a suite, is very basic and more in line with a 3-star standard at best. The staff did try to help, but their capacity was limited. The receptionist was unable to assist with luggage despite the many stairs; fortunately, our driver helped us. She also recommended a restaurant on arrival which turned out to be dreadful —……

“I booked the hotel through Expedia, based on the photos I saw there. The reality is far from the actual photos. The rate was a 5-star hotel rate or a high-end boutique hotel at $ 150; the reality is a 3-guesthouse. The location was on an unsafe street; the room was dirty, the bedsheet was old and looked uncleaned, and the toilet was broken and very dirty. “Le séjour n'a pas eu lieu car personne n'était là pour nous recevoir et l'établissement est dans un état lamentable (voir photos : piscine inaccessible, extérieurs très sales...). Apparemment et après renseignement dans le village, cet établissement est fermé aussi bien comme restaurant que comme hébergement. Je vais revenir vers vous pour demander le remboursement du séjour ! Dans le cas contraire, un dépôt de plainte sera fait ! Il serait obligatoire qu'un site comme le votre soit obligé de……
