"I paid for a dog suite, and it was not the best. Smelled like Pee, (not okay even for a dog suite) fridge made noise all night long keep me, and dogs awake, coffee machine was broken, the rubber on the stairs tripped me twice, Restaurant took 2 hours for us to get our food, and it was not worth the price. Parking lot full of trash and homeless people's car. my son's hockey gear was stolen from his truck. I will not be back to this hotel. "

"Complimentary breakfast was great, beautiful large patio to enjoy the nice weather and view, pool was nice and would be great in summer with the garage door open that leads to the hottub. The whole place and our suite was clean and we had everything we needed. "

"Very nice house, I didn't read everything on listing and I am not use to a owner living at the property. However, you most likely want even hear or see them it's just in your head. One can't fully unwind because of the fact. However, my best friend and I are active so we were not at the house 24/7 Honestly the house, neighborhood, and location is great, and don't know the name of suburb but the area has everything as far as businesses and restaurants. I would consider staying again if traveling to the Springs. The neighborhood is very quiet at night so one can sleep well. "

"Overall, the property itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the amenities were solid, so no complaints there. However, the check-in and check-out times were frustrating. A 4:00 PM check-in combined with an early check-out significantly reduces the actual usable time of the stay. It ends up feeling like you are paying for a full night but only getting a partial day. Because of that, I will be avoiding hotels with these kinds of hours going forward. It takes away from an otherwise great stay and just doesn’t feel like a good value."

"Great stay! Loved the area! Cleaners didn’t make it to our location, but contact with host was very quick and helpful and we got the situation covered. Rest of the stay was very relaxing and pleasant!"
