“The people were nice but the room didn't look like the pictures, the AC blew hot air so we opened windows and mosquitos came in and we were both bitten several times in our sleep. We paid for breakfast but was never offered it. We were offered a shuttle, but didn't know it cost money until we got to the airport and the driver asked for our money. Overall, it wasn't as expected or described on Expedia. ”

“We picked this due to airport shuttle but then when we contacted them we were told there was a charge and it had to be paid in cash, which we did not have. Therefore, we ended up taking bus from airport (No. 8), so that was a disappointment. The shower was quite small and had a bifold door which made it hard to let shower run to get warm as the bifold went in and then the shower water would run outside basin area. Staff was super friendly though and with the bus stop being short walk, it worked……

“This hotel was amazing! I loved how close it was to the beach, and the property was very well maintained. It had everything we needed and felt very safe. I especially appreciated the front gate, which can only be accessed by guests with keys. The staff were incredible—so kind, welcoming, and accommodating.
