「Das Apartment war super schön eingerichtet, alles noch sehr neu. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war top. Kurzer Weg zu den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft war auch direkt in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen.」

「整体房间很大，有阳台，面对河和山，很漂亮。是一次很好的体验。就是晚上入住如果超过九点办理，每小时要付200挪威克朗，超过11点每小时400克朗。小伙伴注意了。还有hotels上的价格并不包含清洁费，所以还要额外付25%的清洁费。」

「房間設施齊全，更有洗碗機焗爐洗衣機，房間整潔。但是用貯水式熱水爐，不方便沖涼。住宿的最後一天，但酒店不能放置行李，指示不清晰，最後要拖着行李觀光。整體住宿是令人滿意的，但對最後行李安排十分不滿。」

「Stayed here during our walking trip to Odda with friends. Cabin was nice, spacious. Stayed in a 5 bedroom cabin but one bed was a double, would have been could if that could have separated into 2 beds. Location good and staff friendly. 」

「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

「This property worked well for the 4 of us (ages 65-72) who stayed for a week. We appreciated the space to store our luggage before our check-in. Kristin was helpful when we had questions. The location was great. Our only very minor criticism is that we wished we had been left more towels. We had a great time in Bergen!」

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
