“The altitude of the receptionist was awful! When I just came for check in, it looked like I was disturbing her, and not providing basic information about my stay, e.g. not telling me the breakfast information, hotel facilities until I asked. No tea bags, no coffee maker, no fridge in the room which I was quite disappointed as being a resort. Well, you may not need in Winter, but definitely need one in summer time. Breakfast is just very low standard serve. Don't expect too much would be……

“The lake view of the hotel is the best I ever see. It takes a few minutes walking to the lake and the beautiful park. The location is convenient to bus and train station, hiking trails and restaurants. ”

“The hotel was great , Location was laterally next to train station and bus station. Staff were friendly. ”

“The breakfast normally starts at 6am, but the hotel staff let us to have something quick at 5am because we needed to catch the bus to P2 at 5:55am . The scramble egg is soooo good , and the staff are so helpful. We could feel free to have some coffee or tea at the restaurant any time . View of the room is also amazing , facing the Hardanger.”

“Beautiful older hotel and a wonderful typical Norwegian breakfast.”

“The best hotel in the town but the bathroom facilities are not so up to date. It seems most of the hotels in Norway are not caring about this.”

“wondering experience ”

“The room is clean, but super small and dark. The location is amazing, but the room is definitely not worth 460 USD per night.”

“We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes while we checked in. But the breakfast was very good.”
