整体房间很大，有阳台，面对河和山，很漂亮。是一次很好的体验。就是晚上入住如果超过九点办理，每小时要付200挪威克朗，超过11点每小时400克朗。小伙伴注意了。还有hotels上的价格并不包含清洁费，所以还要额外付25%的清洁费。

The apt itself was ok and clean. What we didn't expect was a complicated check-in process that seems like we were doing a scavenger or treasure hunt game - from retrieving a key at a different location to finding a wrong building because on Expedia it is listed as one address, and on a paper instruction (received after fetching for a key) is another address. And they are two different streets although not very far from each other but if you know Bergen, and dont drive a car, there are many steps to climb. Luckily we found out there is an elevator (and that bldg can be reached via elevator on 4th floor) as we have heavy suitcases. Then when we get to the building - it is another little maze game to find out which door it is - building A or B. So imagine us feeling tired from travelling and having to deal with scavenger hunt game and walked through the maze. The kitchen stove is also another annoying issue as you have to go to the fuse box and flip the circuit breaker each time you need to cook something.

Check- in worked well for us, with a lovely 2 bedroom waterfront apartment provided. Amazing views, 25 minute walk into main city centre attractions. The apartment was in a safe, quiet area and was well equipped.

The apartment was very good and location was amazing. Customer support was also very good. In the shower area there are no soap racks to keep soap's or shampoos. We had to keep it on the floor and I think thats not convenient. Also there was no instructions to use the washing machine. It didnt work, so why keep that machine there.

There needs to be more instructions on parking. Also instructions on getti n g to the unit from street or garage At least for building 62 and 63. Also include the hours of parking. We had no idea the garage closed. A parking pass would be beneficial. I would pay a little extra knowing i had acess to parking. The unit itself is nice. Clean and comfortable for a short stay.

The key pick up was a complete mess. Should have had an email on the day with key and apartment location. There was no email and no response to telephone call. Eventually we got in touch with group management, and they managed to guide us over telephone to key location. There was still no details on property location and we eventually found it by asking locals. There should have been directions or a map. When booking we asked about parking and noted we had a person with some disability that required close parking, they assured us there was good parking. In fact the parking garage was 5 floors below the apartment with steep steps up 4 of the floors and only a lift for the last.
