不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
So let’s just start by saying that when I first got there, there was no one there to greet us. The property was completely empty and abandoned. I called the owner who claimed that she was on vacation and out of the country even though I spoke to her three days prior, she claimed we never to her so she called manager of the property who was nice but was completely unaware that we were coming. There was no food there, and the breakfast was extremely mediocre to say the least it was always late and we never had any snacks or food. We stayed on the entire property by ourselves and while we were there, a family had come stating that they were preparing for a wedding however they had to put out money just to have the pool cleaned and property somewhat fixed up even though that’s the owners job. I never heard back from the owner and the so-called manager was doing her best but we only saw her for about an hour or two a day and then she vanished until the next day. No one was available for questions or things that we needed and come to find out the managers were being sued for fraudulent activity and appear to be running attempting to flee the country. Although the property itself is very nice it is not well maintained and the owner just takes the money and runs. I would not recommend staying here at all because you will likely be scammed and no one will be able to help you. I have yet to hear back from the owner. I would rate this place a two out of 10 . NEVER stay here!
