Dogs Welcome
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (max 50 lbs. per dog) with a $95 pet fee per stay.
Pet Rules:
• Dogs only (no cats or other animals)
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
• Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the backyard to prevent excessive barking which may disturb the neighbors. Excessive barking or noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund
• Guests must clean up all pet waste immediately
• Any damage, excessive hair, odors, or stains beyond normal cleaning may result in additional charges
• Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage

Maximum occupancy is 9 people. There is a $25 per person per night additional fee for reservations that have greater than 4 guests. (Please note that entering the correct number of guests while booking should reflect the correct price for all guests).
